In pursuance of our last order, Food Safety and Standard Authority of India (FSSAI) has been impleaded as Respondent. 2.

Learned counsel Mr. Pathak seeks time to take instructions, however, in our opinion, on or before the adjourned date of hearing, the FSSAI need to be provided the sample of the goods in question which are Roasted Areca Nut (split) imported by the Petitioner from Indonesia.

Let the Customs hand over such samples in the presence of the Petitioner to the FSSAI within one week from today. BGP.

FSSAI to examine the same and report this Court before the adjourned date of hearing.

Let an affidavit in that regard to be filed by the FSSAI in regard to the conclusion drawn in examination of the samples. 6.

All contentions of the parties are expressly kept open. 7.
