On 18th September 2025 we have passed the following order: As a matter of last chance and in order enable the Advocate for the Respondents to file Affidavit in reply, stand over to 6th October 2025. In the event if the same is not filed, and more particularly in light of the order dated 22nd November 2024 passed in this Petition, we shall presume that the Respondent admits all the contentions of the Petitioner and further appropriate reliefs will be granted to the Petitioner. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Respondent No.5/MSRDC states that Respondent No.5 in no manner is concerned with this land. The statement made on behalf of Respondent No.5 is accepted. Insofar as the State Government is concerned Dr.Dhruti Kapadia, learned counsel for the State intends to place the reply affidavit. Let the same be served on the Petitioner and other parties also.
