The learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the facts of the present petition are identical to a group of Writ Petitions bearing No. 1333 of 2024 and therefore, prays that the same order be passed in the present petition.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to implead the Complainant -Smt. Meher Nandan Nirgundikar as a party Respondent in this petition. Leave as sought for is granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that consequences of the impugned order would be termination of the Petitioner. The Petitioners in Writ Petition No. 1333 of 2024 have relied upon the decisions of this Court, which were annexed to the petitions. Based on these decisions, the Petitioners contended that it is only in limited circumstances and only by certain authorities the approval once granted can be cancelled.

Since the time is sought by the learned AGP to file reply affidavit, the hearing of this petition is required to be deferred. In the meanwhile, considering the consequences of the impugned order and not as a reflection of the merits, no coercive action be taken against the Petitioner, on the basis of the impugned order till the next date of hearing.
