The petitioner is challenging the order passed under the Sub Rule 11 of the Rule 107 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Rules, 1960, against which the petitioner has alternate statutory remedy by filing revision under Section 154 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960.

Hence, keeping all questions raised in the petition open to be agitated in the revision application, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
