The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that there are some documents on record which cannot be read by anybody. He desires that his client should get proper copies so that the typed copies can be placed on record.

In view of the above, we are extending the time to remove office objections by 45 days, failing which, this Petition shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court, on the 46th day, from today.
