CORAM : ALOK ARADHE, CJ & BHARATI DANGRE, J DATED : 6th FEBRUARY, 2025 P.C:- In this petition, the petitioner inter alia seeks direction to respondent no.1 to decide the Revision preferred by the petitioner under Section 154 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that being aggrieved by the ex-parte order dated 29/6/2019, the petitioner Tilak

2/2 905 WP-1719-2025.doc has filed the Revision before the Co-operative Registrar, on 11/3/2024. However, the aforesaid Revision has not been decided till today.

It is however submitted that Writ Petition be disposed with the direction to the Co-operative Registrar to decide the Revision expeditiously.

Learned AGP submits that the Revision shall be decided within such time limit as may be fixed by this Court. In view of the submissions made and taking into account the fact that the Revision is pending since March 2024, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the same with direction to the Co-operative Registrar to decide within a period of four weeks from today.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.

Accordingly, Petition is disposed of.
