P.C.:- 1] Leave granted to implead Debts Recovery Tribunal, Mumbai through its Registrar as respondent No.10. Amendment be carried out forthwith. Re-verification is dispensed with. 2] Our attention is invited to the order dated 21/03/2018 passed in Writ Petition No.3174 of 2018 (Nainesh V. Sanghavi, HUF vs. NKGSB Co-op. Bank Ltd. & Ors.).

3] In this writ petition, similar prayer has been made seeking disposal of the aforesaid proceedings. We find that by the earlier order dated 21/03/2018 Securitization Application Nos.150 of 2015 and 55 1/2

40 WP-1751-24.doc of 2012 were directed to be disposed of expeditiously. The learned counsel for respondent No.1 submits that pleadings in the said proceedings are complete.

3] The Registrar, Debts Recovery Tribunal to file affidavit indicating the reason why the aforesaid proceedings are still pending despite the request made in the order dated 21/03/2018. The petitioner to serve copy of this order on the respondent no.10.

4] Stand over to 22/07/2024.
