The applications of both these Petitioners for locking off their preferences, after passing the Teachers Aptitude and Intelligence Test2022, have been rejected for the reasons that both have secured qualification for the degree course in Computer Application. Both intend to teach the students at the 6th to 8th standards level in the science faculty.

Petitioner No.1 has done his 12th Standard in the Art faculty and thereafter has cleared the degree course in Bachelor of Computer Application. The Second Petitioner has done his 12th Standard in the
82wp1758-24 Science faculty and has completed the degree course in Bachelor of Computer Application. Taking into account the prescribed qualification, prima facie both are ineligible.

Leave to delete Respondent No.2 and rearrange the serial numbers of the Respondents.

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 11.03.2024. 5.
The learned AGP waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent No. 1 and 2. Mr. Nikam, the learned Advocate waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent No. 3. 6.
All office objections to be removed on or before 5th March, 2024, failing which, the Petition would stand dismissed on 6th March, 2024 without reference to the Court.
