The petitioner has filed undertaking stating that he will deposit the balance amount within four weeks from today. Undertaking is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Undertaking is accepted.

In view of the said undertaking, issue notice to respondent No.2, returnable on 27th March 2024.

Til 27th March 2024, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c).

It is made clear that if the petitioner fails to deposit the amount as undertaken within four weeks from today, the adinterim relief shall stand vacated without further reference to the Court.
