The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an amount Rs.2,19,000/- which is the difference between the figure of Rs.24,41,229/- which is contained in the possession receipt dated 10.06.2023, and the amount of Rs.21,59,321/- which is TALLE SHUBHAM ASHOKRAO claimed to have been deposited satisfies the undertaking.
