In all these petitions, considering the relief being claimed by the respective petitioners seeking to derive the benefit of the consent terms filed in Writ Petition No.2549/2018 and the subsequent order passed accepting the terms by speaking order dated 13.09.2021, coupled with the fact that similar petitions are filed at the Principal Seat and in a contempt proceeding seeking to implement the order, some observations have been made by a Division Bench at the Principal Seat, their learned advocates submit that they would take appropriate steps for clubbing of these matters with the matters at the Principal Seat. They would submit that if necessary a request would be made to place all these matters before the Division Bench to which one of the Honourable Judges (who is sitting at the Principal Seat) is a Member, who was a member of the Division Bench which accepted the terms of settlement and passed the order dated 13.09.2021.
