Leave to amend to transpose petitioner Nos.2 to 8 as respondents. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. 2.

Learned advocate for the petitioners based on averments on page 12(o) states that the petitioner No.1 had undergone a surgery on 24th February 2023. He further states on instructions that the petitioner No.1 did not attend his office for period of six months and for entire period of six months the office was closed. Neither the petitioner nor his employee was in the office for period of six months. All three statements are accepted as statement of facts. 3.

It is made clear to the learned advocate for the petitioners

19-wp1765-2024.doc that in case the statements recorded above are found to be incorrect, in addition to dismissal of the writ petition, action shall be taken against the petitioner for making false statements. 4.

Learned advocate for the petitioners states that petitioner No.1 is present in Court.

Based on aforesaid statements, issue notice to respondent Nos.2 to 4, returnable on 11th March 2024.

Till 11th March 2024, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (d).

Mr. P. G. Sawant, learned AGP waives service for the State/ respondent No.1.
