The learned Counsel for the intervener - original defendant Nos.2 to 8 submits that the intervener - original defendant Nos.2 to 8 will deposit the entire arrears till date in terms of the minutes of order dated 10th May, 2024 within three days.

If the intervener deposit the arrears, the Court Receiver to accept the same.

To test bona fides of the intervener - defendant Nos.2 to 8, stand over to 10th January, 2025.
