Dated : January 27, 2026 PER COURT :- 1.

Present writ petitions take exception to the orders dated 19.10.2022 passed by Labour Court, Ahmednagar in Complaint ULP No.6 of 2016 and order dated 2.11.2023 in complaint ULP no.5 of 2016 by which, petitioner is directed to reinstate the respondent/s employee alongwith continuity, 50% back wages and consequential benefits from the date of dismissal.

Mr. Yenge,learned advocate appearing for petitioner, after arguing on merits of the matter, came with proposal that respondent/employees would be reinstated in service and petitioner/employer would pay 25% back wages and all consequential benefits from the date of dismissal within a period of (8) Eight weeks from today.

Mr.Barde, learned advocate appearing for the respondent/Employees, on instructions from employee/s, who are personally present before Court, accepts the proposal. 4.

In that view of the matter, writ petitions stand disposed of by consent of the parties in aforesaid terms. The impugned order stands modified accordingly.
