The Grievance Redressal Committee, by impugned order dated 19 June 2024, has remanded the appeal filed by respondent No.7 back to the competent authority for afresh inquiry to be decided within three months. While passing the order, the appellate authority has granted opportunity to respondent No.7 to produce fresh documents. In absence of rights of the petitioner being affected by the impugned order, the order impugned need not be interfered with. However, it shall be open for the petitioner to point out to the competent authority that respondent No.7 is not eligible for allotment of premises. With this, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
