Prima facie, in the light of the communication dated 31st December 2021 issued by respondent no.2 holding the petitioner entitled to leave for the period from 30th November 2020 to 30th June 2021 on medical grounds, the petitioner is permitted to continue his training at the respondent no.4-Hospital. This ad-interim direction is subject to further orders of this Court. The petitioner shall not claim any equity in that regard. Parties to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
