Petitioner is challenging the Order dated 4 October 2023, passed by the Family Court, Solapur. By the impugned Order dated 4 October 2023, the family Court had granted interim maintenance to the Respondent Wife at the rate of Rs.5,000/- per month.

In order to show his bona fide, the Petitioner to deposit 50% of the outstanding amount as of today pursuant to order passed on 4 October 2023 by Family Court, Solapur, within a period of one week from today.

3.

Subject to the deposit of the 50% outstanding amount, no coercive steps be taken up against the petitioner. 4.

If the said amount of 50% of outstanding towards interim Sharada

47-WP-1879-2024.doc maintenance is deposited by the Petitioner, liberty granted to the Respondent Wife to withdraw the said amount.

All parties to act on an authenticated copy of this order. 6.

Writ Petition Stamp No.3013 of 2024 be taken up for hearing along with the present Writ Petition.
