The present petition arises out of a grievance raised by the respondents before the Authorities under the Act, due to the failure to execute the orders passed by the Authority in favor of the respondents, who are admitted members of the petitioner-society. 2.

The learned Advocate for the respondents, on instructions, states that during the pendency of the present proceedings, the petitioner-society has issued share certificates to the respondents. Consequently, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the
