Undisputedly the petitioner is a widow. The application is filed by the father-in-law under the provisions of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007. 2.

Considering the averments made in paragraph No.5 of the reply filed by the petitioner, issue notice to respondent No.1, returnable on 10th April 2024.
