Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The learned counsel for the petitioners, on instruction, seeks leave to withdraw the petition. However, the learned counsel submits that having regard to the nature of the claim of the petitioners and the prayer in the suit, the hearing of RCS No. 96 of 2020 may be expedited.

The petition stands disposed as withdrawn.
4.
The learned Civil Judge seized with RCS No. 96 of 2020 shall make an endeavour to hear and decide the suit as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period one year from date of communication of this order.
