This Writ petition is filed by the husband challenges the order dated 5 July 2023 passed by the Family Court, at Nashik, thereby fixing the interim maintenance at the rate of Rs.7,000/- per month to be paid to the respondent wife from the date of the application i.e. 14 January 2021 till the disposal of the Petition No.E05/2021.

To show his bona fide the Petitioner has agreed to pay directly to wife the 50% of amount due as of now. 3.

The Petitioner will pay directly in the bank account of the Respondent-wife a total a sum of Rs.50,000/- within two weeks from today or will deposit sum of Rs.50,000/- with the Family Court Nashik and further a sum of Rs.80,000/- will be depositing in the District Court within four weeks from today. Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable after four weeks. Apart from Court notice, Petitioner is permitted to serve the Respondents by Advocate's private notice, by all permissible modes of service and file affidavit of service before the next date of hearing.
