Mr. Aadil seeks liberty to insert the prayer clause b (1) and b (2). it is his case that inadvertently the said prayers are not included in the prayer clause of the Writ Petition. 2.

Liberty, as prayer, is granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

This Writ Petition challenges the order dated 27 October 2023, passed by the Additional Commissioner Kokan Division, the Revision Application filed under Section 44 of the Maharashtra Rent Control Act.

By the impugned order dated 27 October 2023, the condonation of delay application filed by the Petitioner was rejected. Mr. Jadhav for the respondents submits that he has not been served a copy of the Writ Petition. Mr. Aadil for the Petitioner is directed to furnish a copy of the Petition to the Respondent Advocate.

Mr. Aadil for the Petitioner seeks liberty to move before the City Civil Court at Bombay in the suit filed for specific performance is seeking urgent relief.

Stand over to 21 February 2024.

In the meanwhile, no coercive steps shall be taken against the Petitioner.
