By the impugned order, the Minister has set aside the test audit and consequent initiation of prosecution under section 81(5) (b) of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960. Prima facie, it appears that the revision has filed by the respondents challenging test audit was not maintainable before the Minister in exercise of power under section 154 of the act.

Hence, until further orders, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (d).
