In the communication dated 9th June 2025, it is stated that the certain kinds of writ petitions may be withdrawn and processed for implementation. At paragraph no. 8 of the communication dated 9th June 2025, it is stated that the proposal indicated in paragraph no. 6 has approval of the competent Authority.

After taking necessary instructions from the Army Headquarters, let an affidavit be filed as regards applicability and implementation of the communication dated 9th June 2025 in this batch of writ petitions.
