Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that petitioners are tenants of the suit property and on demise of the original owner the legal heirship certificate is obtained by the respondents of the suit property. It is the contention of the petitioner that the respondents are not the legal heirs of the deceased and has filed revocation of the legal heirship certificate and they seek re-call of the order of grant of legal heirship certificate.

The petitioners herein are admittedly not the legal heirs of the deceased owner/landlord, as such prima-facie there is no error in the order of the learned trial court. 3.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would make further submission in the matter by placing relevant cases. 4.
