Since an innocuous prayer for seeking a decision on the pending representation dated 1st April, 2024 has been put forth, we are not issuing notices to the Respondents.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off. SUNNY THOTE

Let the Medical Officer, Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation deal with the representation made by the Petitioner, on her own merits and by considering the Government Resolution and other factors applicable. Let this exercise be completed within a period of 60 days from the date of service of this order on Respondent No.4.

The Petitioner shall serve a copy of this order on Respondent No.4, by R.P.A.D.

Needless to state, after the Municipal Corporation arrives at a decision, if the Petitioner is aggrieved, she is at liberty to avail of a remedy, as may be permissible in law.
