The delay in challenging the mutation entry No.1250 dated 13.2.1973, which challenge has been raised in the year 2022 has been condoned by the order dated 14.12.2023. It is contended by Ms. Patil,the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners that the explanation accepted by the said condonation of delay is not justifiably explained.
