Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner 2.
The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the petition. The learned counsel further submits that since the interim order against which appeal has been preferred was passed on 18th December, 2020, the hearing of Misc. Appeal be expedited.

The submission appears justifiable. Having regard to the nature of the dispute, it may be expedient that the Misc. Appeal be decided expeditiously.

The petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
