According to learned advocate for the petitioners, on 9th November 2021, the petitioners filed reply, however, without giving oral opportunity of hearing impugned order is passed. 2.

It is, therefore, necessary that the respondent Nos.2 to 4 shall file their affidavit regarding opportunity of hearing. Respondent No.1 shall also file affidavit regarding contention raised by the petitioners of lack opportunity of oral hearing. 3.

Affidavits to be filed within two weeks from today. 4.
