Learned advocate for Special Recovery Officer has placed on record notice issued by the Divisional Joint Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Kolhapur in Revision Application No.412 of 2010. It is pointed out that despite his application, it is informed that the proceeding has been destroyed.

The Divisional Joint Registrar is, therefore, directed to place on record entire proceeding of Revision Application No.412 of
50-wp2147-2024.doc 2010. If the proceeding is not available, he shall explain in detail the reasons as to why the proceeding in Revision Application No.412 of 2010 is missing and along with this proceeding, how many matters are missing. The Divisional Joint Registrar shall file detailed affidavit explaining everything. Affidavit to be filed within a week from today.

Stand over to 2nd April 2024, under the caption "for circulation".
