According to respondent No.3, the petitioner had filed Revision Application No.412 of 2010. He states that he is having photostat copy of certified copy of Roznama of Revision Application No.412 of 2010, which indicates that the revision application was filed on 28 October 2010. However, it was dismissed for non-prosecution on 18 July 2011. It is, therefore, necessary for respondent No.3 to state on oath authenticity of copy of Roznama alongwith source of receipt of Roznama. Affidavit shall be filed before the 12 June 2024.
