The Revisional Authority by order dated 13th September 2021, dismissed the revision for non-prosecution. Application for restoration was also dismissed on 2nd November 2021. However based on the communication issued by Additional Collector dated 4th March 2022, the Revision Application is directed to be decided on merits. Based on such communication impugned order is passed. According to the petitioner, no order of restoration is passed by the Sub-divisional Officer.

Hence, issue notice to respondent Nos. 1 to 17, returnable on 2nd April 2024.

Mr. Sawant, learned AGP waives service for Respondent Nos.
