1] The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in pursuance of the permission granted by the Bank to sell out the plots, which is at page no.22 of the petitions, the petitioners have entered into an agreement to sell the property to the prospective buyers and the money which is received from the prospective buyers has been deposited in the Bank. He further submits that they were unable to file their response to the application for attachment. The petitioners would produce agreement to sell to that effect.
