List the matter on 1.7.2024, by which time learned counsel for the petitioners shall place the bye-laws of the society on record, as it is contended that in terms of section 75(5) of Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 (MCS Act), the DDR has no jurisdiction to disqualify the entire committee for not calling the meeting, as Section 75(5) of MCS Act only indicates that the person responsible for not doing so, would be VAI
