Perused the praecipe dated 24.04.2024 and the order dated 16.02.2024.

The present Writ Petition is mentioned by Respondent No.1 appearing in-person. His name is Rahamutalla Khamkar party inperson. This Court (Coram : Amit Borkar, J.) has passed an ad interim relief after hearing the Petitioners and parties as stated therein on 16.02.2024.

Respondent No.1 would urge to the Court that Committee of this Court has granted him permission and in that view of the matter

P14.WP.2206.2024.doc prays to the Court to fix the matter on early date. He also alongwith praecipe has placed on record doctor's certificate about an accident which he has met and made a request to Court to give hearing before vacation.

In view of the reasoned order dated 16.02.2024, it would be appropriate if the regular Court passes the order, hear the present Petition as also any objection. In that view of the matter, the present Petition be listed before the regular Court after one week. Copy of order shall be served on Advocate for Petitioners by Respondent No.1 and acknowledgment should be shown to the Court on the next date so that Petitioners will be informed about the hearing of this Petition. 7.

Respondent No.1 had made several grievance before the Court which can be made by him before the regular Court. He would submit that he has already filed Affidavit-in-Reply on 26.02.2024. 8.

List the Writ Petition before regular Bench on 02nd May, 2024.
