The learned counsel submits that the Petitioners are working as teaching and non-teaching employees with Respondent No. 5 Night School. They have necessary workload. As such, they are required to be treated as full time employees in view of the G.R. dated 17.05.2017.

The learned counsel appears for Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 and submits that the Management would submit the proposal to the Education Officer in that regard within six weeks from today. Statement is accepted.

After the proposal is received by Respondent No.3, Respondent No.3 shall process the said proposals received from Respondent No.5 seeking benefit of the G.R. dated 17.05.2017. If he has the jurisdiction, he shall take a decision thereon within 3 months from the date of receiving the proposal and if he is required to forward the proposal to the higher authorities, then he shall do so within 3 months. The Higher Authorities shall complete the process expeditiously. 4.
