This Court has delivered an order on 27.11.2024 in Writ Petition Nos.6993/2010, 7080/2010 and 3113/2024, granting Validity Certificates to Mahesh Bhatusingh Bhamre, Manoj Bhatusingh Bhamre and Kartiki Mahesh Bhamre under the guardianship of her father Manoj. Manoj is the father, Mahesh is the biological paternal uncle and Kartiki is the first cousin, of the present Petitioner.

The learned AGP submits, on instructions, that the relationship is not denied between the present Petitioner and

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b), which read as under:- "(a) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue Writ of Certiorari and or any other Writ, Order or Direction in the nature of Certiorari thereby quashing and setting aside the impugned judgment and order dated 14.8-2018 passed by the respondent no.2 committee with further direction to respondent no.3 committee to issue certificate of validity in respect of caste certificate dated 7.5.2012 issued by the competent Authority of jurisdiction.

(b) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to hold and declare that the Petitioner belongs to Thakur, Scheduled Tribe listed at serial no. 44 of the Second Schedule of Part IX-Maharashtra of the SC/ST ORDERS (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1976;"
