There are also companion matters which are listed today, being Writ Petition No.10524 of 2025 and Writ Petition No.10526 of 2025. However, the Municipal Corporation is yet to be served. We find that Mr. Sakhadeo, learned counsel represents the Municipal Corporation in Writ Petition No.2226 of 2024. We request Mr. Sakhadeo to appear in Writ Petition No.10524 of 2025 and Writ Petition No.10526 of 2025, as well. The Advocate for the Petitioner is permitted to serve copies of the Petitions on Mr. Sakhdeo, so that he can take instructions and address the court on the issues as involved on the adjourned date of hearing.
