Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

Mr. Kode, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions submits that the Petitioner is now willing to deposit the amount of costs of Rs. 1 Lakh.

In view of the aforesaid submission, as the Appellate Bench had ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL passed the impugned order on the ground that the Petitioner had not ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Date: 2025.06.20 19:30:24 +0530 made the Application for modification of the order of costs within a period of 15 days, to advance the cause of substantive justice, the impugned order stands quashed and set aside and the Petitioner is 1/2

36-WP-2255-2025.DOC permitted to deposit costs of Rs. 1 Lakh before the Trial Court within a period of 15 days from today.

It is hereby made clear that, if the Petitioner fails to deposit the amount of costs of Rs. 1 Lakh before the Trial Court, within the period of 15 days, the impugned order shall stand revived. 5.

In case the Petitioner deposits the amount of costs of Rs. 1 Lakh within the said period, the Revision Application be registered and heard and decided by the Appellate Bench on its own merits and in accordance with law.
