This Writ Petition challenges the impugned order dated Digitally signed by Amol Diliprao Nawale Date:

2024.02.26 18:42:03 +0530 22 November 2021 passed by the Family Court at Bandra Mumbai. Amol Diliprao Nawale 2.

By the impugned order the Family Court at Bandra has directed the husband to pay interim maintenance at the rate of Rs.40,000/- per month to the wife from the date of passing of the order. The impugned order is passed on 22 November 2023. 3.

The Petitioner is directed to deposit the outstanding amount, i.e., Rs.1,2,000/-, within a period of two weeks from today in the Family Court at Bandra Mumbai and further to comply with the direction given in the impugned order dated 22 November 2023.

Issue notice to the Respondent, returnable on 22 March 2024.
