This Writ Petition challenges the impugned order dated 24 November 2021 passed by the Family Court at Bandra Mumbai. Digitally signed by Amol Diliprao Nawale Date:

By the impugned order the Family Court has directed the Respondent to pay interim maintenance at the rate of Rs.50,000/- per month from 21 August 2017.

Ms. Choudhari, appearing for the Petitioner submits that as of today the outstanding amount of Rs.7,80,000/-. 4.

In order to show his bona fide the Petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- with the Family Court at Bandra Mumbai, within a period of four weeks from today. Subject to the Petitioner depositing Rs.4,50,000/-, there will be an interim protection to the Petitioner by way of ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clauses (d) and (e) of the Petition till the next date of the Amol D. 13.WP.2265.2024.doc hearing. The prayer clauses (d) and (e) reads as under :- (d) That this Hon'ble Court to be pleased to stay all the proceeding of the Regular Darkhast No.75/2022 till the final disposal of this Writ Petition.

(e) Pending the hearing and final disposal of the aforesaid Writ Petition the distress warrant and civil arrest application to be stayed till final order of this Writ Petition.

Issue notice to the Respondent, returnable on 22 March 2024.

Apart from court notice, the Petitioner is permitted to serve the Respondent by advocate's private service and by all permissible modes of service and file affidavit of service before the next date of the hearing.
