Learned counsel for the parties have tendered consent terms dated 8th January 2024. The consent terms are signed by both the parties and their respective Advocates. The petitioner is present in court. The respondent is not present today, however, she was present yesterday in the court and she has confirmed the terms of the consent terms.

The matter was on board yesterday for filing consent terms, however, since there were some minor corrections in the consent terms, the matter was kept today. Parties and their signatures are identified by their respective Advocates. The petitioner who is present in court today, confirms the correctness of the consent terms as well as his signature. The consent terms are taken on record and marked "X" with today's date for identification.

Undertakings in the consent terms are accepted as undertaking to the court. In view of the agreed terms between the parties, learned counsel for the parties submit that the parties shall remain present before the Family Court at Bandra on 6th September 2024 for filing appropriate application for converting their petition A-1129-2018 into a petition under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 for divorce by mutual consent.

The petition is disposed of in terms of consent terms. 6.

Consent terms to be treated as part of this order, hence parties will be entitled to authenticated copy of this order alongwith consent terms.
