DATE : 9 MAY, 2024 P.C. :- After the matter was argued for some time, Ms. Chaudhary, learned counsel appearing for the husband submits that apart from a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- which has been deposited with the Family Court, her client is ready to pay an additional sum of Rs.4,00,000/- to the respondent in order to settle this matter. She submits that after paying the said amount, her client anticipates that the respondent will withdraw all the cases filed against her client.

Mr.Mishra, learned counsel seeks some time in order to take instructions from his client.
