By the impugned order the Petitioner (husband) is directed to pay maintenance of Rs.20,000/- per month to the wife from the date of the Petition till further orders. 3.

In order to show his bona fide the Petitioner is directed to deposit the entire outstanding amount in the bank account of wife, within a period of four weeks from today. 4.

The Petitioner will also comply with the directions has given in the impugned order dated 7 November 2023. Amol D. Nawale

Subject to the Petitioner depositing the arrears amount with the bank of the Respondent (wife). Issue notice to the Respondent, returnable on 22 March 2024.
