We have heard learned counsel for the parties for some time. It is seen that in paragraph 11 of the impugned judgment of the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, there is a reference to the Minutes of Meetings of the Police Establishment Board held on 17th July 2023 and 18th September 2023.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader seeks time to place on record a readable copy of the Minutes of the Meeting held on 18th September 2023.
