Consequentially, he has preferred an Appeal under Section 9 of the Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools (Conditions of Service) Regulation Act, 1977, before the appropriate School Tribunal. 2.

In view of the above, the learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that this Petition may be disposed off as being infructuous.
