The principal ground raised in the present petition, while challenging the impugned order granting unilateral deemed conveyance in favour of respondent No.2 society is that, despite the agreement having been executed between the petitioner and respondent No.2, the petitioner was not made a party in the proceedings before respondent No.1. Even the respondent No.1 did not ensure that the most affected party i.e. the petitioner was brought on record before passing the impugned order.

Since the respondent No.2 is the only contesting respondent, notice was to be served on the said respondent. 3.

The service report shows that the respondent No.2 society was indeed served. There is no appearance on behalf of the respondent No.2. 4.

Hence, as a matter of last chance, list the petition for further consideration on 10.07.2025, High on Board.
