The present Writ Petition impugns an order dated 22 nd September 2021 passed by the 2 nd Adhoc District Judge, Pune, by which the Petitioner's Application for maintenance was enhanced from Rs.2,200/- to 3,200/-. The Petitioner, being aggrieved by this order, has moved this order by way of the present Writ Petition.

This Court, had vide an order dated 21 st March 2024 recorded the submissions of Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent No.2 Mugdha

2 11-WP 2364-24.doc (Husband) that his client was ready and willing to pay a sum of Rs.9,000/- per month to the Petitioner. This however is once again reiterated today. Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner today thus accepts this offer. 3.

Hence, the statement made by Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent No.2 is accepted as an undertaking given to the Court. 4.

The Petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms keeping open all the rights and contentions of the parties.
