The Petitioner seeks to assail the order dated 03.08.2022 by which his name has been included in the TET exam result scam.

2.

The Petitioner is not in employment and, therefore, there is no question of granting him any interim protection. He is aggrieved by the impugned order. This Petition could be considered to the extent of said order.

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 01st April, 2024. The learned AGP waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 4. The

We make it clear that, as like the earlier orders passed in several such matters, the criminal investigation with regard to the TET exam result scam would continue unhindered.

Needless to state, if the Petitioner has any other qualifying pre-requisites for appearing in the TAIT, there would be no impediment.

6.

All office objections to be removed on or before 26.03.2024, failing which, this Petition shall be dismissed without further reference to the Court on 27.03.2024.
