In all these matters, Petitioners are equipped with an order of the competent authority under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. Under the orders passed, the Petitioner desires police protection to take over the peaceful

917, 922, 934, 936.odt possession of the mortgaged properties.

The learned AGP has taken instructions and submits that certain inquiries are being done by the police department in so far as the first Petition is concerned. The inquiry would be concluded by 8th March, 2024. If the Petitioner approaches Pathardi Police Station and deposits the requisite charges for granting police protection, on 08.03.2024 the police would ensure that police protection would be extended for taking over the peaceful physical possession of the said properties on 11.03.2024, 12.03.2024, 13.03.2024 and 14.03.2024.

In view of the above, these Petitions are disposed off by recording the statement made by the learned AGP on instructions through the officer present in the Court. The Petitioner shall deposit the requisite fees on 08.03.2024 and list out the properties/exact locations for taking over the peaceful physical possession, on the specific dates and times when the police protections can be extended.
